Our Diagnostic Services are used to support all stages of Strategy Implementation.  We offer 3 levels of diagnostics:

The Performance Valuation Model focuses on a single type of capital and determines its value and impact on your strategy.

The Operational Valuation Model focuses on multiple types of capital to develop your value creation paths and identify how one type of capital performance impacts other types of capital.

The Enterprise Valuation Model focuses on all five types of capital to track capital interdependencies, their value effects and to determine the root cause of implementation performance.

The following is the process underlying all valuation models:
  1. A Value Model is created by identifying stakeholders and their dimensions of value.  These are ranked and weighted.  Key success factors and performance indicators are identified for each value dimension.
  2. Value Creation Paths are identified and mapped and then optimized for the initiatives within the strategy.
  3. Economics of the Value Paths are calculated by identifying and quantifying their capital requirements.
  4. A Capital Performance Index is developed to measure existing capital performance and it allows the tracking of capital performance over time.
  5. Assess the Value Impact of decisions and variances in the strategy and the implementation process.
  6. Install the Infrastructure for Capital Management and Strategy Implementation.
