Total Capital Management - Executive Workshop

This 1 day workshop provides executives with the Total Capital Management Model, its core activities, needed infrastructure and key implementation requirements. It allows the executive to complete a capital diagnostic on a key part of their strategy and understand the dynamics of capital management and strategy implementation.

Strategy Implementation: Managing Capital Effects

This intense 1-2 day workshop takes a group though the designing, planning and implementation process for a single initiative of their strategy. The group applies our tools and methods to assess implementation requirements, assess existing capital levels, identify risk and draw up an implementation and capital development plan and process.

Capital Specific Workshops
These 1-1.5 day programs address specific issues in a any one of the capital types: human, relationship, organizational, financial or structural. The workshops focuses on the valuation activities and how to calculate capital requirements, establish and capital index, measure capital effects and designing a capital development program.
