Strategy Implementation

Our Strategy Implementation services are based on three core activities:

Initiative Mapping: We map the overall strategy implementation process and then take each of the key initiatives and document the specific process for each. We identify the interdependencies between the initiatives and reconcile and alignment issues.

Risk Management: For each major initiative we assess implementation risk by identifying the composition of the initiative in terms of the % of "new", "modified" or "carry-over" activities.

We also assess the capital requirements of each initiative by determining the overall capital requirements and the % of "new". "modified" or "carry over" capital required. See the Diagnostics section of this website for details.

We then identify the areas most impacted by each initiative to determine their readiness based on the their levels of capital and track record in managing "new" and "modified" activities. See the Capital Management section of this website for details.

The result is a clear picture of risk by initiative and organizational unit. We prepare risk management plans based on the results.

Recovery: Things will change during implementation and some initiatives will begin to fall below expectations in terms of timing, capital consumption and value delivered. We design and support targeted interventions to rapidly deploy agreed solutions to recover an under-performing initiative or an organizational unit.
