DELTA ELECTRONICS is a Taiwanese power electronics component company. It desired to enter the automotive components business in North America. In partnership with ASL-PARTNERS led by a former GM Group Executive, we conducted product due diligence on their product portfolio to identify components that would be suitable the auto industry, developed a company launch strategy, communicated to the relevant corporate groups the requirements for automotive OEM vendors, supported the opening of a sales representative office in the Detroit area and facilitated auto industry introductions with OEM representatives.
