Web Portal The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PUPIL TRANSPORTATION has partnered with CAPITALWORKS to design and launch a new Business Intelligence Web Portal. The portal uses templates and models from the CAPITALWORKS portfolio of analytic tools. The following were the core activities performed by CAPITALWORKS: developed a program governance structure that involved the formation of two(2) new companies, design of the product analytics and dashboards, acted as the program manager for the entire web development process, managed the Web Development company and its team, developed and managed a multi-district product development environment, managed a 15 member beta test team, supported the sales and marketing strategy as well as setting the product price points. Program was launched on time, on-budget and to specifications.
