US Strategy Design and Implementation Process CAPITALWORKS was contracted for its process and analytics capability to lead the executive team through a series of workshops and small group sessions to; Develop and Finalize Market Segment Map w/ target client lists, Develop Service Offering Revenue Stream Projections by Market Segment, Align the North America Service Offering to Global Business Development and ITO Strategies, Draft Marketing & Selling Strategies by Channel, Develop Service Offering Descriptive Materials and to Develop a List of Required Core Competencies needed to Implement The New Strategy. Where required, an “execution” mapping sessions was conducted to document the implementation process and capital costs and business case for the strategy.
